Thembinkosi Madlala

Mr Madlala is formally trained through Paddocks, having completed specialist programmes in Sectional Title Scheme Management, Homeowners’ Association (HOA) Management, Managing Agents Practice, and Advanced Financial Management (Masters Class). This training ensures that The Solutions Hub operates in full compliance with South African sectional title legislation, governance standards, and financial best practices.

With over six (6) years of hands-on experience as a Trustee, Mr Madlala brings in-depth knowledge of body corporate operations, governance structures, budgeting, levy management, contractor oversight, and dispute resolution. In addition, he is a CSOS Executive Management Agent appointee, further reinforcing the company’s credibility, regulatory alignment, and commitment to ethical and transparent estate management
